TerraMarq - frequently asked questionsCan you install a TerraMarq shop onto my own web space?Yes, subject to certain requirements:-
If you need to confirm that your own web space meets these requirements, contact us and we will make the necessary enquiries. Will my data be backed up in the case of a disaster?If the shop is installed on your own web space, then your hosting company may provide backup services. If not, you can elect to back up the database file yourself. Alternatively, as part of our base-level support contract, WyeTec can arrange for an automated daily backup of the key database file. Each time an order is placed via the shop, you are sent an automated e-mail containing all the customer details. Printing these out acts as a backstop regime to meet accounting requirements and order fulfilment. I want to start with an entry-level shop. What happens when I want to upgrade?Upgrades to sites can be made at any time and, providing your shop is hosted on the TerraMarq servers, can be performed with virtually no interruption to your service. What happens if I want to cancel my account and close the shop?You can cancel your account at any time - maintenance contracts will be refunded on a pro-rata basis. Charges made for initial set up and design are, however, non-refundable. I like the TerraMarq shop, but I'd like it customised for my own requirements.We are happy to discuss special requirements and customisation work.
