TerraMarq - choosing your service level

TerraMarq pricing has two aspects:

a one-off fee for creating and testing your shop for you.
This includes customisation of the site colours, fonts and payment methods to suit your business.
an annual maintenance and service contract.
This option provides you with updates and services releases, as well as telephone help and other options, such as file backup. You can also make changes to the site (such as wording and payment options) at no extra charge.

You may order your TerraMarq shop at one of three levels. You can also upgrade your account at any time, expanding your shop's facilities and features to match the growth of your business, without making a dent in your cash flow. The levels are:

TerraTrader

The TerraTrader account offers an entry-level shop aimed at private individuals, PayPal traders, clubs, or micro-businesses taking their first steps in e-commerce. It offers:

100 stock lines
support for a single payment gateway
web site hosting and free sub-domain on the TerraMarq servers (eg www.myshop.terramarq.com)
fixed postage & packing charges

TerraDealer

The TerraDealer account is tailored towards the small business, or higher volume PayPal traders and e-Bay. In addition to the features described above, it also offers:

250 stock lines
additional payment gateway support
primary domain name (eg www.myveryownshop.com)
per stock-line postage and package charges

TerraMerchant

The TerraMerchant account offers fully featured on-line trading for larger organisations or those with high-volume or varied stock items. In addition to all the above features:

unlimited stock lines
multi-currency support
multiple payment gateway options
hosting on either the TerraMarq servers OR your own web server
optional automated back-up and recovery (on TerraMarq servers only)
